I was listening to a sermon, and it moved me to do this blog, and helped me with what God wanted me to write. I hope that this will be able to open eyes to what evil is and how it works. We have a complete misunderstanding of what evil is and how it works, and I’ve struggled on how to help people see it for what it truly is. I am hopeful that this blog will shed some light in the matter.
I don’t have a problem explaining it, it is just that people can’t see it for what it is, so they do not believe what I am saying. Let me explain, when I speak to people, about so many things being done today is evil and how they are being lied to, they either don’t believe or choose not to.
See what happens to us when we choose to follow the will of this world and not God. The problem is that we believe there is good in the world, and until we see that the world apposes everything God calls good. There is only truly two ways.
1. One is the way of God
2. The second is the world which for a short time is given to the enemy. (Satan)
Until we battle the demons in our heads and come to the truth of Christ and what he came to do for mankind we will never see the truth for what it is. I will share with you a story from one of the greatest writers in the world Paul the Apostle.
However, before I do, I will share with you how most of the people doing evil is not aware that what they are doing is evil. They are being told it is for the good of mankind, so they blindly do what is ask of them. This is what happen when we do not have the word of God as a guide for our lives. See God wants us to come to Him when we are not clear of anything that is going on around so He can give us rest. See this scripture when God Spoke through Matthew, he wasn’t speaking of rest that many believe it to be. However, it may also be of that rest, but the text was spoken of is a restful mind on the matters of the world. The Lord at that time call for them to repent but they had an unrepentant spirit upon them that needed to be rebuked.
The generation at that time was very rebellious and went against the word of God, just as we are doing today. See if we are choosing to go with the flow then we are going against the most High-God’s will. Some of these people are not saved and do not know any better so they hear some word from well educated people and believe them. See we go along with the narratives of the day, daily so that we are not seemed to be offensive to the world but that my brothers and sister is not righteous, and we actually offend the creator. We got this wrong in order for us to save live there will be times that we will seem offensive to a dying world.
Today’s generation believes if you are wealthy then you are super smart, and we should listen to them. I will leave you with a different perspective on this matter, if you are very wealthy and not serving God the creator God then they are serving Satan. This is an easy equation to remember and one I live by hope it sticks to you readers.
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Consequently, since the beginning they want a man to worship and to follow, and if you know Gods word you know what I am talking about. It is all over the Old Testament.
When we follow man, we are following the ways of the enemy and this fallen world, for God alone has the truth for man. This is how many fallen prey to the while of the devil without knowing they are doing so. When people say the days are evil that is what they are saying. However not all of them don’t know we also have the willing participance that lead these individuals to this false understanding with their lofty words of wisdom. We who are in Christ know that a man without Christ is void of wisdom and we are never to listen to men with lofty philosophies.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;
See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.
So here’s Paul’s story;
And Saul approved of his execution. And there arose on that day a great persecution against the church in Jerusalem, and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles. Devout men buried Stephen and made great lamentation over him. But Saul was ravaging the church, and entering house after house, he dragged off men and women and committed them to prison. Now those who were scattered went about preaching the word.
Acts 9:4-7
4 And falling to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” 5 And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. 6 But rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.” 7 The men who were traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one.
See Paul who was once Saul did not know that Jesus, was the creator God in the flesh, just as all Jews still today don’t believe that He is Lord. But when God revealed Himself to Saul, he was no longer Saul, but Paul and his life was change forever.
See Paul just like today they don’t know any better, and that is why we as Christians need to know the truth and share with as many as we can. Look many will not want to hear it but that cannot stop us from spreading the truth abroad. God Himself went through the worst type of oppositions and was persecuted for His truth how much more such we stand if we believe in Him our Master and creator.
This was short and I believe it was to the point we can always look at evil as something that is ugly because at time it is not. See God said that the deceiver will come as an angel of light so we need to be vigilant for the days are very evil.
For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.
